And I actually liked the episode, but here's the thing:

In the film version of ROTS (can't remember about the novelization at the moment), when Dooku appears on the Invisible Hand, Anakin boasts: "My powers have doubled since the last time we met, Count."

That line makes less sense every time they meet.

... and I'm all excited because a) everybody's a bad-ass; b) the Tarkin/Vader antipathy is already underway; and c) this CW episode makes several future installments of the FFV substantially more canon-compliant than I had feared they might be. Yay!!!

... and I think I'm more confused now than I was before. But I can probably live with some confusion. I am a little baffled about how that planet fits into the overall mythology, but maybe we're supposed to just accept it as part of the mystery.

Wonder what's next?
